Office First
Whilst I’m comfortable in hybrid environments my natural preference is office-first. For me, establishing and checking in to an in-person team environment is a motivator, and suits the way I personally nurture internal and stakeholder relationships.

Design activities are where I'm most fully engaged. It's the work that draws out my imagination and genuinely energises me. Contributing ideas isn't incidental to what I do - it's central to why I do it.

Instilling momentum is one of my greatest sources of fulfilment. I bring high energy to everything I do and channel it into driving others to action. I need to see projects move, and channel that restlessness into deliberate advancement.
